One of the things that should occupy your time when you start a new project is that each of those involved in the issue should be focused on the objective of the company, but that usually does not occur if there is a very good communication between employer and employee.

There is the concept of the elevator pitch, you could say is an “elevator speech.” This is a short speech about your business that will help you present your business in the best way at every business opportunity that arises. The idea is that this speech is so short that it can be said for the time it takes to ride an elevator. Here are easy steps to prepare your “elevator speech.”
Step 1: Make a preliminary list of ideas
Include in this list all the ideas you would like to communicate to a potential investor or customer about your business. Be sure to include the following:
* Competitive Advantage. Competitive advantage is what makes your business unique, that is, is what sets it apart from its competition. For example, if you sell pies, what’s your pie that is differentiated from the rest of the pies on the market?
* Target audience. The target audience is anyone to whom you sell or intend to sell your product or service. What kind of person they are customers or potential customers? What do they have interests that differ from the rest of the world?
* Strengths of the business. Think of other strengths to your business, including for example the reasons why you chose the business you have: Do you may experience or credentials in that activity or industry? Or maybe you are exploiting a market opportunity, is there something in the environment in which it operates its business to ensure its success?
